Puptoberfest: A Very Good Day for Dogs, Community, & Dapper Things

Puptoberfest: A Very Good Day for Dogs, Community, & Dapper Things

If you ask Mr. Binx, a successful business outing requires three things: an excellent venue, a strong customer base, and plenty of pets.

Puptoberfest delivered on all three.

We brought the Binxties Pup-Up to Intracoastal Brewing Company for an incredible day benefiting Touch of Grey Rescue, and we couldn't have asked for a more fun crowd.

There were dogs everywhere, their people were lovely, and the weather was purr-fect. There was also some very important canine fashion happening throughout the day.

A Day at the Binxties Pup-Up

One of our favorite parts of doing local pop-ups is getting Binxties out from behind the screen and into the community.

There is something particularly fun about meeting the people who follow along with us online and, of course, meeting the pets who are usually the actual stars of the show.

Puptoberfest brought an especially wonderful crowd. We saw so many pups stop by to check out the bow ties, bandanas, and other dapper goods, and we loved getting to chat with their humans about their pets, their personalities, and which accessory would best suit them.

There were plenty of fashion consultations. Mr. Binx takes these matters very seriously.

Thank You, Intracoastal Brewing Company

A huge thank you to Intracoastal Brewing Company for hosting Puptoberfest and welcoming such a fun group of local businesses, vendors, dogs, and their people.

We're always grateful for local venues that make space for events that bring people together while supporting good causes.

Supporting Touch of Grey Rescue

At the heart of Puptoberfest was an even better reason to gather: supporting Touch of Grey Rescue.

We’re proud to have been part of an event that brought the community together while helping shine a light on rescue and the animals who need forever homes.

Events like Puptoberfest are a wonderful reminder of what can happen when local businesses, animal lovers, rescue organizations, and the community come together.

And Then There Were the Bow Ties

Naturally, we couldn't spend an entire day surrounded by dogs without discussing wardrobe.

We saw fabulous pups throughout the day, and we're fairly certain more than a few left Puptoberfest looking even more distinguished than when they arrived.

Until the Next Pup-Up

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our Pup-Up, shopped with Binxties, introduced us to their pups, or simply came over to say hello.

Thank you to Intracoastal Brewing Company for hosting, Touch of Grey Rescue for the work they do, and everyone who helped make Puptoberfest such a memorable day.

We left with happy hearts, new friends, and a renewed appreciation for just how wonderful our local community can be.

Mr. Binx left with what he considers to be several promising new business relationships. Mostly involving dogs.

Until the next Pup-Up. 🐾
